Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: June 1, 2026
Dulay Homes LLC and Shivali Sharma are committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard expected of housing-related, public-facing websites.
Conformance status: we believe this site substantially conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA. Our most recent review (June 1, 2026) combined automated testing with manual keyboard, screen-reader, color-contrast, and focus checks. Findings were remediated in code; see “Known limitations” below for the few areas still in progress.
What we do
We rely on real, code-level accessibility — not an automated overlay widget, which does not reliably create compliance. Specifically:
- Semantic HTML, landmarks, and a logical heading structure
- Full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator
- A skip link to the main content
- Color contrast that meets or exceeds AA ratios
- Form fields with programmatic labels and clearly described errors
- Dialogs that manage focus and close with the Escape key
- Touch targets sized for comfortable use
- Respect for the “reduce motion” system setting
- Captions/transcripts for any video we publish
Known limitations
Accessibility is ongoing work. We are actively addressing:
- Listing photos & media from the multiple listing service (MLS) are supplied by third parties; we are ensuring descriptive alternative text accompanies real property imagery as it is added.
- Embedded third-party tools (for example, scheduling or valuation providers) are being reviewed for conformance; please contact us if any blocks you.
